CK Workout Rev Up
Are you motivated and basically fit (or beyond basic fitness), but bored with your workout? Or are you just not seeing the results you once were? The CK Workout RevUp is a perfect way to break out of a rut or get beyond a plateau and stay on-track on an ongoing basis. This program which starts with a comprehensive fitness assessment at the first meeting and allows for less-regular ongoing sessions than the typical client requires (a minimum once per 6 weeks is recommended).
Between meetings, access to CK Connect, the online application included with this option, allows you to be involved in the CK fitness community and get resources and tools to help you track your workouts and progress.
This offering is designed to breathe new life into your fitness routine and get you on your way to feeling reinvigorated by – and reaping rewards from – your regular workouts.
All packages include membership to CK Connect, an online application housing each member’s personal workouts, workout schedule, and progress tracking, as well as featured exercises, fitness & wellness articles, and a forum to connect and share wins and challenges, ask each other questions and find workout buddies.
