This is a popular option for those who want to benefit from Christine’s expertise and energy but who either live too far away for in-person training, or who prefer or require a flexible do-it-yourself routine.
The CK Skype Shape-Up involves access to four 15-20 minute video workout routines monthly which combine strength and stretching to give you a balanced routine. Doing each routine once a week will help you establish and maintain a basic fitness regime and work toward your overall goals.
Once-a-week group Skype meetings will allow Christine to present topics related to the routines, demonstrate technique, and answer participant questions. Membership in CK Connect gives you access to an online community and tools and resources which help you track your workouts and your progress. A band package is included with this program.
Note: You may opt for four 15-minute Skype sessions per week, which is more customized to address your current injury or pains.
All packages include membership to CK Connect, an online application housing each member’s personal workouts, workout schedule, and progress tracking, as well as featured exercises, fitness & wellness articles, and a forum to connect and share wins and challenges, ask each other questions and find workout buddies.
