Michelle Burke is a published Author, Consultant, Coach and Communication Strategist. She consults and coaches to individuals and organizations in business and education to bridge communication gaps that focus on results and align individuals and departments with the leadership's vision and goals during times of change. Her specialty is assessing and bridging these gaps in five fundamental areas: leadership, cultural, generational, ethical, and brand. Her acclaimed book, The Valuable Office Professional, was endorsed by Ken Blanchard. She also co-developed The Productivity Cycle™, a communication tool proven to enhance leadership, teamwork and increase productivity endorsed by Stanford University. Michelle also co-developed teamBuilder™ and IceBreaker™ to improve productivity and communication in the workplace.
