Club Run functional fitness training

All levels are welcome, and no matter what your level, it is important to incorporate strength training in your fitness program. Our strength training session focuses on ensuring that our Club Run members will be injury free, injury resistant, and fit for activity–daily and athletic.
Club Run’s goal is to complete the Hollywood 10k or Half marathon on April 7. Join our group. It includes more than a couple of group workouts every week; it’s a community of goal-oriented workout buddies, online resources with recommended workouts and fitness schedule, and guidance from professional coaches.
