Thank you for visiting and commenting, Pete! I thought I had replied yesterday, but it appears it didn't post.
Those are exercises that I do, myself, and have included in sessions with my private training clients and group exercise classes. I hope that you try them, and let me know what you think!

These are some great partner work out exercises! I love the interval sprinting and boxing push ups. Not only will it give you great workouts but I feel like it would be a lot more enjoyable if you do it

This is great! I agree with all of this! You definitely need to pay attention when running downhill and make sure you are doing it right. Because Its so much easier to do it right and go with the flow rather than trying to control yourself running down. I like to let my hands fall as they please and what my upper body wants to do and focus on my legs. Because obviously that's the most important part.

hello it is my first comment on this blog and in the begining I would like to thank you for the great information, which I were able to find in this and all previous posts , it really helped me very much. I will definitely add this website on my google reader :) Also, I would like to ask - don't you mind if I will quate some information from your blog since I am writing articles for the Hub pages, Ezine and other articles directories (this is my part time job)? It would really help me with some of mine articles. Of course, I will mention your blog name or URL (not all articles directories allows URL's , so I can't 100% promise that you will get a direct link to your website).
